AI Adoption and Training
Training for your people on using AI tools in the work they already do, with written rules so everyone knows what is safe.
On your own work
Every session uses real tasks from your team.
Clear rules
One page on what staff may and may not put into AI tools.
Measured
We record the time each task takes before and after.
Buying the tools is the easy part
Licences, no training
- A few keen people use the tools and everyone else ignores them.
- Staff guess what is safe to paste in.
- Nobody can say what it saves.
After the programme
- Whole teams use the tools on tasks they do every week.
- Everyone has read the same one page of rules.
- You have before and after times for each task we measured.
The six week programme, week by week
- Week 1
Find the work
Time with each team to establish what takes up their week. Three tasks per team are picked as the first to try, and each is timed as it is done today.
- Week 2
Write the rules
Agreement on what staff can and cannot put into AI tools: customer details, contracts, source code, anything confidential. The result goes on one page in plain language, checked against the tools actually in use.
- Weeks 3 to 5
Practise on real work
A short session each week per team. People bring a real task and work through it with the trainer, so they finish with something reusable. Between sessions they try it and bring back what went wrong.
- Week 6
Hand over
The same tasks are timed again and compared. A few people in each team are trained to coach the others, and you receive a shared prompt library and a plan for the next quarter.
Three things you keep
A one page usage policy
Plain rules on what may go into AI tools, written for the people who have to follow them.
A prompt library and the people to use it
The prompts and workflows that worked, sorted by team, plus coaches in each team who can help new starters.
A results report
Before and after times for each task we measured, so you can see what the training was worth.
Taught by people who build with these tools
We use AI tools every day to build software for clients. We teach what works in real jobs, and we tell you when a tool is not worth the money.
Practitioners, not presenters
The people in the room are engineers who have shipped work with these tools.
Honest about the limits
We show where the tools get things wrong as well as where they help.
Any size, any time zone

Questions about this service
Do our people need a technical background?
No. The sessions are for people who do not write code. We start from tasks your team already does.
Which tools do you teach?
The ones you already use or are about to buy. We are not tied to any supplier, so we teach what fits your work and your rules on data.
Can you train teams in different countries?
Yes. Sessions run online or in person, and we schedule them around each team.
How do we know it worked?
We time a handful of tasks in week one and again in week six, and you get both sets of numbers.
